Keystone responded quickly to our request for service. They were able to provide the service in less than two days. They arrived on time and completed the stretching quickly and for a very reasonable fee. I will contact them in the future if carpet services are needed.

Keystone Carpet did a fantastic job from original help selecting new flooring, carpet and hardwood, to colors and styles. But the best thing about Keystone Carpets is the installation, they are the best at installation, and that is the primary difference! Keystone installation is the absolute best you will find.

This is a great family owned company! And what a way to shop for flooring...they bring samples to your home. Mark offered excellent suggestions, which was exactly what we were looking for. They showed up exactly when scheduled and completed the job quickly. The installers are also family members, so they take a lot of pride in their work. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't ask for a better company. I would strongly recommend them for any flooring job you might have.

This was by far the best carpet buying experience we've ever had! We went to several stores and also had Costco come to give us an estimate. We were not happy with the service at the stores trying to understand the best carpet for our needs, it was difficult to find someone to answer questions and it is overwhelming with so many choices and having to continue to try to bring samples home. The Costco experience was better since they came to the house, but did not provide good service. We then heard about Keystone Carpets from a co-worker who highly recommended them so we scheduled an appointment. Mark came to the house with samples and it was a wonderful experience! He has the knowledge and helped us select the best carpet for our needs and also what would look best with our style home. It was so great to be able to have the time to look at the options in our home while having Mark here to discuss each option. The install experience was also fantastic. The installers moved the furniture, took out the old carpet and pad and installed the new. They were professional, worked quickly and the work was excellent. We had the carpet installed in August and are very happy. I would highly recommend them and when we need the carpet replaced in our basement Keystone Carpet will be our first and only choice to do the work!

Very well and Mark Bruggeman didn't mind that it was a small job but the same day he called he came to the house to see the situation which he said he could fix. The job was done in less than a week and we are very happy. We thank Mark again for having time for our small job and making the area look so nice. We would very much recommend Keystone Carpets for any carpet issue.

The ONLY reason they received one 'b' rating was because of a miscommunication at the start. After that - MAGIC. They spliced together old and not-enough new carpet to make my stairs look like new. WAY above and beyond. I was truly blown away at the solution the installer came up with. I recommend Keystone to everyone, and will never use anyone else.

They were very professional throughout the whole process of selecting material, installation, and follow up. This is a family run business and they deeply care about customer satisfaction. There's a reason they've been in business for several decades! The materials they use are top quality. They use a really nice carpet pad which is durable, water resistant, and plush. We selected US Floors/Coretec Luxury Vinyl Plank in Distinction Ipe and it looks beautiful (see photos). While moving our giant fridge they did break a handle off, but replaced it free of charge. Overall, all the good reviews are true about these guys. Investing in new flooring is spendy, but I definitely felt I got a great service and product for what this cost.
